Colby Wegman, after spending his early career in a law firm, has since accrued more than a decade of experience in the search profession.

In that time period he has developed a loyal and strong client base and one of the deepest candidate networks in the state. He is a 2000 graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Courtney and son, Walker. He enjoys spending time with his family, competitive tennis, skiing and is a member of the University Park United Methodist Church.
